I think i still prefer the HVRZ1 and as for CMOS SENSOR the EX3 and EX1.
Take care of VL for me heading for JAPAN to boost the YEN more for the next week.

Ha ha. I found some sample mts footage on the web, and decided the quality is not as good as the hype suggests. No sign of jittery pans, just a general lack of sharpness and some fuzziness when there is moving fine details, a bit like worn out VHS tape but not so extreme as that.
Hope you have a good trip to Japan, and bring back a new EX5!

looks like FX1000 will be the winner at 4.8k range IMHO..dunno when will it touch our shores.

Ya but it is CMOS again. I remember in the 1960's there was a TV show called Rawhide that had a theme song about CMOS video cams. "Rolling rolling rolling, rolling rolling rolling, R A W H I D E!"
